[Lvlug] One Machine on Network can't see TCP/IP 192.168.0.1 (or .sometimes .2)

The machine that can't ping .2 is 192.168.0.5, with netmask
255.255.255.0.

Yes.

And that all the other machines can ping 192.168.0.2?

That's what I said at first, but I since learned that I cannot ping .2
from .1, which is a similar machine (to .5).
