[Lvlug] Help with Recording a Console Session

I'd like to be able to record all of the commands issued and results
displayed on the screen while working at the Linux CLI.

I think there are a few ways to do it -- I'm looking for more than just
the command history, I also want a record of the results.  I read about
a way to do this once -- the method included a few limitations.

Also, on Mandrake 7.2 (and probably many other Linuxes), my consoles
under KDE (Konsole) store all of this in a scrollable buffer -- an
alternate would be to find a way to copy the contents of this scrollable
buffer to a file.
