[Lvlug] LVLUG name

My recommendation is that we pick a domain name to match the user group
name, or change the user group name to match the domain name (ignoring
the .org or whatever).

PS: I'm seeing advertisements for getting a domain name for about $10
(per year, on a multiyear contract).  What's the best deal anyone has
seen?
