Now that is not called for... Besides, what if I like magic markers better?
I'm thinking markers are too translucent. The yellow image might bleed though adding an extra layer so that the yellow you want is not the yellow you see. If you use a crayon with enough waxy buildup, you can create and opaque color layer so the image underneath will not bleed through.
