[Lvlug] Redesign test 1

I was messing around with the gimp today and created a new logo which
prompted me to mess around with the index page of the lug website.  Check
it out and give some feedback:

The logo is in greyscale for a reason.  I wanted to see how it would look
getting it closer to two colors.  I have color images, I just have to
piece them together to create another master if we want to go with
something like this.

I attempted to capture the flavor of the Lehigh Valley in the logo.  Maybe
it works, and maybe it does not.  Check out Tux's left foot, it wasn't
easy getting the crayon behind it.
