AFAICT, spaces are allowed in the name of an HTML file name.  When you
use it in the address bar of a browser, the space must be written as
"%20".  (I _know_ that spaces can exist in parameters passed to CGI
scripts (page names in some wikis), but they must use the %20 for
spaces, I'm not as certain about HTML file names.)

Is frontpage nifty?  (I've never used, tried, or seen it.)  Is it
WYSISYG?
