[Lvlug] Finally Installed Red Hat 6.2- Need Assistance

I finally installed Red Hat 6.2. (its installed on my second hd)  I thought
it was a successful installation until I logged in- when I use the startx
command- uh, nothing starts, I get "command not found".   When I type ls -l
or ls -s, I get 0 files found.  I obviously missed something during the
install.  I have installed Red Hat 6.1 two other times and have never
encountered this problem.  Any suggestions?  Should I just reinstall? Any
help is appreciated.  Thanks :-)
