Sorry, I guess the BBC is over 100 MB, not less than. I'm not sure
about Tom's, they might have some varieties less than 100 MB.
In reviewing the archives, I find references to a few other things that
might be useful:
Apparently, Niall O Broin was customizing the BBC for the Irish LUG.
