[Lvlug] Celeron snails.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but my Pentium-II 350
beats the heck out of the Celeron 466 system. It took about 4 hours +
10 minutes to compile the qt-2.2.1 sources on the Celeron, it took the
P-II only 43 minutes to do the same job.

It doesn't appear to be a drive access difference, I have LVD-160 SCSI
drives on the P-II & the Celeron has UDMA-33 drives. I don't see a lot
of drive access activity, nor is the Celeron into the swap space (top
says so). The Celeron will seeminly "stall" on a file for several
miniutes and you think it locked up, then it starts running again.

When I get a chance, I'll stick my P-II into that system and see if it
is the processor, or maybe it is the motherboard. I've had 4-5 of these
systems (identical boards, etc) come thru my shop and they all do this.
