[Linux4christians] I need some advice.

Um. Here is my understanding. Religion is a set of actions related to a
belief such as going to Church, worshipping, praying, watching football
every Sunday, ect. Theology from what I understand is simply Man's
interpretation of Jesus' truth in the Bible. Man's interpretations are
flawed.

Just like a tape that is recorded off another tape, off another tape,
off another tape, theology corrupts the Church.

Theologians come up with a denomination. Theologians base what they say
off the Bible and what they think is true. Pastors go to seminaries and
are taught by people who studied a denomination's theology. Because the
theology is difficult to understand each denomination has different sub
groups called synods (for the Lutherans), the Methodist Church, Free
Methodists, and United Methodist Church (for an example) and so a Pastor
studies and is taught by a teacher who studied theology. The Pastor then
comes up with his own personal beliefs but those must fit in with the
theology his or her denomination was based on or else they can't
represent that denomination. Then the people in the Church listen to the
great pastor and learn his beliefs. Often times people don't go directly
to God and the Bible. This causes confusion between believers and
arguments that lead to division. The only cure is to be united as one
body in the Spirit. If not it's Church against Church, family against
family, nation against nation.

Hope that helps.
