Normally when a homosexual in this kind of situation commits that act,
it's an act of final desperation, removing the situation from oneself.

David, the Devil got a never deserved victory in her death. I cannot
speak to the culture and the idea of taint on those around due to her
sexual orientation, but killing oneself is not the answer. Christ died
in her stead, bore the weight of her sins, and she never realized it.
