Wrong. Jesus has revised many of the old testament e.g.:
1. Food
2. divorce
3. Killing (do not even think of killing)
4. Adultery  (do not even think of adultery)
etc.

In fact, Jesus was crucified by the Jews as Jesus tried to revise many
of the Jews' Law. So, Jesus teaching is something new for the Jews at
that time, and even until now the Jews could not accept Jesus
teaching.
