Now I think we are getting to the real nature of our disagreement....
Exactly what do you believe is God's Word and what is not?
Not canonized yet? For me it was valid as soon as Paul, moved by the
Holy Spirit, penned it. Period!
Peter seem to believe that his comments/letters carried some weight:
(2 Peter 3:1–3) This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in
both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: That ye may
*be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets,
and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour*:
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers,
walking after their own lusts,
And this was written before any official canonization I believe also.
