I'm going to have to try this some day. I am not a big medicine fan because 
medicine is what got me into the shape I am today.

 I don't take anything. Never have, doubt I ever will unless the pain I get 
later in my life is too unbearable. The most I will  take is Motrin when my 
headache is really bad.
