Do they allow home schooling in Canada?

In most parts of the USA one could make the argument that 
sending ones child to the government schools is at-best 
child neglect and at-worst child abuse.

Neglect as far too many children graduate as functional 
illiterates who cannot handle basic math, lack a necessary 
understanding of their system of economics and government 
(like Pres. Obama), and lack critical thinking skills.

Abuse because they are indoctrinated to anti-social, self-
destructive, and anti-God philosophies.

And we wonder why our society is unraveling?  Duh.
