[Linux4christians] Bandwidth Allocation on Router?

I'm currently using Tomato on my Linksys router and I know it has a traffic
prioritization feature. They recommend using it, for example, to prioritize
Vonage traffic to make sure it trumps any downloads. I've never had any
problems though so I don't currently use it.
