[Linux4christians] Bandwidth Allocation on Router?

Linksys WRT-300N

Can I set bandwidth allocations on individual connections to my
router, please?

When the kids are streaming games or movies or my wife is 
downloading
a large picture or video clip I have trouble getting enough 
bandwidth to
accomplish tasks in the home office.

Also, anyone used the access restrictions feature in this 
router to block
porn and spam?
