[Linux4christians] remove me from the list

[Pastor David]

I have wished for a parallel OT-linux4christians list
as is a common practice elsewhere and which solves the
problem of distracting from the list purpose while still
allowing the community to remain intact.

Would this solve the problem for those unhappy with the
current format?
