The exceptions
are places like NY City, Chicago, LA, 'Frisco, Seattle, etc. where there
are large numbers
of illegals and 5th generation welfare recipients, etc. Those who have
made a living
existing on tax payer funds are sure to support the hand(s) who keep
feeding them.
