Are you looking for a Drupal taxonomy?
I have all my Bible Study data organized with TreePad
http://www.treepad.com
which can also be exported to a web site or several
other formats. I can also create hotlinks between nodes.
But this is using TreePad for Windows. There is a TreePad
for Linux but it is too rudimentary.
You could also try using BasKets
http://basket.kde.org
but it also needs further development to come up to the level of
TreePad for Windows.
