Born again without the blame of Adam & Eve's rebellion &
without the capacity to rebel anew.

It is a radical change in relational standing between the
created and his/her creator.

All are in the state of banishment from Eden/Heaven and
from the presence of God.

The imperfect cannot be in the presence of the perfect,
else they will be destroyed.

The entrance to Eden is blocked by "Cherubim with flaming
swords", preventing man from returning and eating of the
tree of eternal life in his fallen state.  God's grace
preventing Adam & Eve from making themselves as unavailable
to redemption as are satan and the fallen angels.

See above definition of "born again".  God determines who
has and has not met the requirement of change in relational
standing with Him.

In the case of an infant or child of pre-accountability age
or a person with a significant mental deficit God's perfect
judgment and love controls.  He alone knows the heart and
He alone judges perfectly.

The one true God of the Christian Bible is not like Allah of
the Koran.  Allah is arbitrary, one may meet all of the
requirements for "Paradise" and still not be allowed in, not
so with the perfectly just God of the Christian Bible.
