Just another vote for IPCop. I use it regularly and have setup VPNs
using the builtin and the OpenVPN plugin. It is really easy and pretty
solid for most standard applications. Others are better for more
complicated applications with guys working on them that understand
networking to great depth and spend much of their time doing that, but
IPCop will work well and not take too much of your time if you're as
spread as I am on time.
