[Linux4christians] Use of All-Caps

Just a friendly request.  Could we please avoid the use of ALL-CAPS, except
in rare circumstances?  I have nearly deleted a number of messages thinking
they were spam, as a result of the use of ALL-CAPS in the subject heading.
It should be well-known by now that it is impolite to use all-caps - it
comes off as "shouting", for those who don't yet know.  So, if you want to
(a) be polite, and (b) me to read your mail, please refrain from using
all-caps.
