I could be wrong, but I think NTFS support was only recently merged into the Kernel and I'm not sure it's production grade.  It may be read only as well.  I'm 90% sure that Fedora does not include NTFS support in their kernel because of Free Software concerns about the module.  I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will correct me though :^).
