I would agree that if you contact a lot of vendors they tend to send
lots of promo materials. My last box I got from Sybase Developer
Network stuffed with lots of toys and gadgets from T-Shirts to
suctions balls that light up. Was more like a kit for a trade show
they sent me. Also O'Reilly Open Book Project... they may sends some
books in hopes of getting reviews on them.
