[Linux4christians] RSA Encryption Tool?

Does anyone know of a simple command line tool to encrypt decrypt text
strings using the RSA encryption algorithm?

Basically I just need to quickly encrypt and decrypt strings using X509
certificates.   Any direction on this would be appreciated.
