You have to watch that kind of thing.  I had someone who thought they were 
playing a harmless joke, get on my machine and send some rather wrong emails 
to the list, and then unsubscribed me.
 Took me a while to recover.  Needless to say, that person no longer has 
physical access to any of my computers.
