You need to get into the BIOS and change the boot order, i.e.,
to boot from CD before others (floppy drive, hard disk, etc).

Starting from boot up (or reboot), you need to hit a key while
in BIOS mode (before OS shows up).  Usually this key is F1, F2,
or <ESC>.  This instruction is usually in your BIOS screen.  
Otherwise find it from your computer manual.
