[Linux4christians] Please don't use all caps

There has been a spate of emails with all caps titles - please don't do
this, because:

a) All caps letters take up more space in a line, and makes everything look
a bit messy
b) All caps is regarded as 'Shouting' on the internet, and this is
generally frowned upon
c) Because of (b) all caps is also regarded as 'Urgent' - I read my l4c
mail at work, and urgent mail tends to get my attention
