Now you have crossed the line. Sorry, but this is inexcusable and uncalled
for. The Word of God is NOT, absolutely NOT, a man-made book. It
is "inspired of God" which means it is "God breathed" just like creation in
Genesis 1. The problem I've noticed in this conversation is that those who
hold to the KJV are the ones who are looked down upon. I reject this notion
altogether, and stand firm with them as one of them. Maybe its not the KJV
only people who should compromise, maybe its all the rest of you.
Those who stand on one version usually do so with and because of conviction.
Now, I don't have a problem with any man who can look me in the eye and say
the Bible version he's reading is God's Word with all that implies. If he
can do that we're on the same side. However, if like you, he thinks they're
all man made books, then we've got a problem. How can two walk together
except they agree?

And where, pray tell, do you expect to find this "sovereign truth" outside
the Bible? You will find NO authoritative revelation of God outside the Holy
Scriptures, PERIOD. On the contrary, God says He has exalted His Word above
His very name! And what a holy, righteous, and eternal name it is!
