Some combination PrtScreen and I think Alt-F4 or something.
It's pretty common in windows tech support - user takes a shot of the
error box, it is copied into the clipboard. They then fire up their
e-mail client or rtf editor or whatever and paste - and then e-mail it
to the IT staff or tech support guy.
