In my on going attempt to help my ISP make the switch to Linux we are
doing an experiment ;) . He has a RAQ 3 Colbalt available or the option
of placing the server on a dedicated box hosting only my domain ( 0_0
how do I get myself into these things????) Anyway, the OS option is
mine. I will be the admin and as usual, I do not have a clue. I've been
using Red Hat since 5.2 but only as a desktop user.
So now that I am once again in Penguin Panic mode, any guidance setting
up web hosting and web mail would greatly be appreciated. I guess the
idea is that if I can make it swim, he should be able to too.
Honest, I wasn't trying to make it sound easy for him. His hands are
full and a working model is what he'd like to see.
I'd really like to show him it can be done. Security is a big issue of
course. User friendly? Where do I start? It doesn't have to be
sophisticated content management although it would be nice. Is Blue
Quartz a viable option for the RAQ 3? ...
