What you're missing with Impress is exactly what you are missing with
Powerpoint - they are not designed for lyric projection in the format that
most churches use. Neither properly supports a dual-head configuration
whereby you can administer the presentation (add lyrics, change order,
preview screens, etc) on a monitor, and have the main presentation on the
projector. Also, neither supports slide content from a database.

Churches usually start with Powerpoint, and then move on to buying
something like SongPro, or another proprietary lyric projection tool.
