It's been quite a long time since I've been involved but if I recall correctly 
there was a computer department at http://www.uscwm.org/ They are a mission 
agency with deep contacts world wide. They co-ordinate mission groups to 
avoid redundancy of effort and therefore avoid needless resource consumption. 
They might be a good lead to plug into other christian organizations that 
need or use Linux.
