I'm surprised Ben Thorp didn't jump in here.  You should get Ben to let you
take a tour of The Freely Project Help Desk.  Go to
www.thefreelyproject.org, and click on the helpdesk link.  I think you have
to be careful to add '\' when you use quotes, etc.  Otherwise, it's a nice
app.  It might be suitable for your needs.
