each page can have it's own theme. the entire site theme can be updated
very quickly. if you're on my site we have different pages setup with
different themes just to show them off.
edit the page by clicking hte first edit button on it and look for the
display tab. change the theme/style to a different one and see what it
looks like.
also, this demo of webgui is very old and the new one has many much
better features like drag and drop on pages--it's way cool.
