Root Menu Configuration Part 2

Once you decide what option you want to add to your root menu, you then simply drag and drop the specific menu command from the Application Definetion Window to your root menu. If you drag the item to the title bar of the root menu (or submenu), it will be placed at the top of the root menu (or submenu). If you drop the item ontop of an existing menu option, the item will insert itself above the original menu option.

In the example above, a new command was opted for on the submenu "Graphics", in the submenu "My Menus", off the root menu. The "run program" box was dragged from the Application Definetion Window and on to the title bar of the "Graphics" submenu. The new item, "run program" has been placed at the top of this menu. The item can be dragged to a different location on this submenu or to another submenu.

Items are removed from the menu in basically the same fashion. If a mistake was made or one decided to forego putting this new command on the root menu, the "run program" item could be deleted by simply dragging the item out of the root menu and on to an empty space on the root window.

Note: In order for changes to be retained, the save button must be pressed before closing, killing, or exiting WPrefs, or switching to another configuration window.
